General Responsibility: Generate template-based reports for stakeholders along the lines of the reporting schedule generated by the Compliance Manager and respond to all agency-wide on-the-fly data requests to ensure that data-driven decisions can be made based on accurate reports generated in a timely manner.

Housing Stabilization Coordinator

Reports To: Housing Stability Manager

 

General Responsibility: The Housing Stabilization Coordinator (HSC) will provide assistance and support to formerly homeless individuals who are newly housed through FSI’s scattered site Permanent Supportive Housing program (PSH). The HSC will create a housing stability strategy for each client through an Individual Service Plan (ISP) and non-traditional case management appointments and follow-up. All plans must support housing retention, client stabilization, and independent living skills. HSCs are expected to employ a “whatever it takes” approach that uses flexibility, creativity, and perseverance. The HSC will identify potential housing barriers and solutions to those barriers. All services will be provided in a supportive, non-judgmental way that aligns with Housing First and Harm Reduction practices. The HSC is also responsible for maintaining current and accurate client files, with all required documentation per agency contracts and policies.

Staff Accountant

Reports To: Associate Director, Finance & Human Resources

 

General Responsibility: Responsible for assisting the Associate Director of Finance with General Ledger and Financial Reporting functions, including but not limited to month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement production. This individual will also be managing grant budgets and reports daily. This person will be a critical and integrated member of the Accounting and Finance team. Previous related accounting experience should include general ledger, financial systems, financial report generation, balance sheet reconciliations and journal entry processing. We are looking for a dedicated individual, willing to commit to our organization’s goals and ideals.
