Rick Scott

Rick Scott, Chief Operating Officer, oversees the operation, services, and compliance of all Friendship Shelter programs. He holds a psychology degree from Pepperdine University and has managed effective homeless service programs for the past 14 years. Prior to that, he was a coach and teacher working with high school students, including behaviorally challenged students.
